an introduction to antiracism

“For God is our peace, who has made both one,

and has broken down the middle wall of separation”

Ephesians 2:14

How do we understand the difference between racism and personal prejudice?

Is racism still holding us back from fulfilling our Gospel mission together?

Most importantly, how can we have a positive conversation about racism and its continuing impact on our lives?

Join us for an exploration of:

§         a common language to understand the continuing issue of racism throughout our country;

§         an understanding of racism as a systemic issue, and not simply an issue of individual attitudes and actions;

§         approaches to dismantling racism that can provide the foundation for enduring solutions that lead to racial justice and reconciliation.
